I had a great day yesterday. I set a ridiculous PR pace during my 12×400 run in the bitter cold, got through another gorilla workout, got lots of work done, three potential new projects are looking likely, and the kids did a great job studying for some important tests and quizzes. On the bad side, the Flyers looked awful last night (again) and I had a rough nights’ sleep (poor Abbe was coughing like she was going to win a contest).

OK, on to a new day…
