you didn’t sink my battleship
Last night I was sitting on my couch working on my laptop and my kiddos were supposed to be falling asleep in my bed. After about 20 minutes, I heard the slightly heavier shuffling of Bub’s feet coming towards me. “Hey buddy, it’s bed time, let’s get to sleep.”
“Daddy, I’m going to sleep in my bed, because Vivie is snoring and I can’t fall asleep.”
Oh, my little princess.

umm…i’m going to need some assurance that no yorkshire terriers were harmed in the making of that handbag that viv is carrying.
looks like a fun day–sort of grey just like the day we’re having down south.

Dude. You are not helping your custody situation by letting your child hang our with sailors like that – then blasting the photo all over the Internet. You and Britney man!
I’m glad you are having so much fun. It’s dumping snow here so…..

Do they normally allow that much access to the ship? I’ve been planning a trip to Charleston SC to see Patriots Point again but maybe I’ll head north instead. Nice Pics
December 27th, 2007 at 2:25 pm
That looks like so much fun!
December 27th, 2007 at 2:39 pm
Consorting with sailors already?! Oh oh…
December 27th, 2007 at 2:50 pm
liv – i’m glad no one else aboard the ship had a puppy purse too, that would have been embarassing
Open Grove Claudia – ha, we need some of that snow – quit hoggin it all
Jeff – yep, and there’s actually plans to open more of it. it’s a decommissioned battleship, last saw action i believe in 92 during the first Gulf War
flutter – Twas
Chris – dude, she would kick those guys asses. and there’s nothing more embarrassing than getting your ass handed to you by a 4 year old with a Yorky purse.
December 27th, 2007 at 3:10 pm
I can only imagine the shame – especially for a guy. Hey, I’m sending you some of our snow, too. We have plenty.
December 27th, 2007 at 3:54 pm
Chris – i know this shame first hand
December 27th, 2007 at 4:16 pm
My 1st Step-dad (doesn’t that sound ghetto?) took me inside a retired battleship one time. I got lost. Then I got sick. I don’t think I’d make a very good sailor.
December 27th, 2007 at 4:26 pm
Tink – well you could always go heavy on the phenergan
December 27th, 2007 at 4:54 pm
Christmas Eve plus septic tank, talk about the holiday going to shit….:)

December 27th, 2007 at 6:55 pm
She was snoring…. *happy sigh*
I love her purse, too. Julia has a cow one like that but it’s not nearly as effective as Viv’s.
December 27th, 2007 at 7:08 pm
mamatulip – yeah i totally scored in picking the yorky purse out, i was on my way out of the store and there it was in all it’s glory.
December 27th, 2007 at 8:31 pm
I cannot believe you let your daughter keep the company of these sailors! My word!
December 27th, 2007 at 8:54 pm
Dyna – I’m telling you any of those sailors looked at her funny and they’d have a yorky sticking out of their ass. she’s a tough girl
December 27th, 2007 at 10:37 pm
Tough snoring girl – look out, world!
December 28th, 2007 at 12:57 am
She’s a delicate flower, that one.
Smart boy you have–knowing when to cut his losses.
December 28th, 2007 at 1:23 am

Mary – yeah, that parasite is freakin crazy
December 30th, 2007 at 9:35 am
Why is it that no matter where or what I do with my kids they never, ever look HALF as enthused as yours do? I’m sending them to you for a week, alright? Beat some joy in to their little heads for me, please?
I want the dog purse, btw, in boot form.
