I am a proud Dad married to an amazing woman named Abbe that has made me into a better human being in every possible way. I work for myself out of my home. I do that not because it provides a means to rake in millions of dollars – I do this because it allows me to have a schedule that revolves around my children and the things I am passionate about.

After losing my father in 2008 to a fall down his stairs late one night, I realized that I need to do work that allows me to raise my children, work only with those that respect and treat me like a human being, help others in need, and most importantly teach my children all of these lessons. Too often people line up like cattle to jobs in cube farms and say things like “it’s business, not personal” to give themselves poetic license to just be shitty human beings to each other.

Don’t get me wrong, I am an devout capitalist. I will make money and I am a ninja at helping others do so too as well – I just refuse to work with persons that do not treat others well. I’ve fired several clients for exactly that reason and each of them have heard this speech.

I am a marathon runner that runs usually only for causes such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (with Team in Training). After running my first marathon, I proposed to Abbe… (she said yes)

I make weird music from time to time. I’ve scored a handful of indie films. I used to have long hair and wear silly pants when I was on stage rocking with a tenacity unforeseen by mankind. I have two incredible kids that I love with all my heart.

Ultimately, man should not ask what the meaning of his life is, but rather must recognize that it is he who is asked. In a word, each man is questioned by life; and he can only answer to life by answering for his own life; to life he can only respond by being responsible. – Viktor Frankl (Man’s Search for Meaning)

Luckily life grades on a curve and in short, I’m the luckiest guy you know.
