good stuff
I’ve been coding all day long… but at least I jumped head of Bill and his wife (for the time being) in the weekly Bejeweled Blitz standings… so, I’ve got that going for me…
A lot of bloggers will either extol the virtues of products they are paid to extol or they use their blogspace to admonish a business for poor customer service. I wanted to take a couple of sentences to tell you about some great customer service I received from Disk Warrior. Their customer support guy, Marc chatted with me on Friday and helped me recover WEEKS of music files that were nearly lost due to a suddenly dead external Western Digital 1 TB drive. Scary thing is, that drive is what I’ve been using to back-up my Macs! I recovered all of my music files and Marc saved me at least a buttload* of work to get my library back. Thanks Marc!
*note – have not measured exactly how many buttloads were saved.

Marty – yeah, I came close to 300K last week, thankfully Abbe isn’t addicted to Bejeweled yet – i’m sure she’d beat my ass
