Van’s party was awesome… the kids were all so well behaved and most importantly, Bubs really had a great time… and here are the pictures! Be sure to enjoy the Viv gallery… she apparently took my iPhone for a photographic journey around the backyard…

   looks like a fun time was had by all. viv’s pink cowgirl boots make me think of one of my favorite children’s authors who had a little girl mouse character who always wore cowgirl boots. check kevin henkes for “lily’s purple plastic purse.” lily is the boots wearing character and i am thinking viv will love her.

   Happy Belated Birthday to Bubs!!

   I love the second picture – the one of Bubs opening a gift on the couch…and in the corner are Abbe and Viv, curled up together. So sweet.

   Hey, what did you think of the Pronger trade? I thought they gave up too much for him, even though I LOVE the idea of Pronger being on the Flyers.
