I finally made a little more music… Porkadillo! Not sure if anyone remembers the story behind this one. Mamatulip wrote a blog entry sometime ago, I promised to write a song about it, I recorded a video of me playing it (while riding a FUCKING ROLLERCOASTER!), and now I kind of worked on it some more. Just a Garageband composition, definitely not up to snuff quality-wise, but hey, just wanted to have some fun.

Wanted – Angelina has a rockin’ body… that’s about all there is to this piece of crap. You’ll probably lose IQ points if you watch this. I know I felt dumber.
Death Race – Natalie Martinez has a rockin’ body… you know the rest…
The Visitor – loved this film, this is an example of how a film can be uplifting without the sap and dumbing down of unfurling one’s wings. Also, I really, really want a djembe now… oh, and Danai Jekesa Guira also has a rockin’ body.

I actually thought “Wanted” wasn’t that bad – as long as you thought of it as ‘the movie that doesn’t take itself too seriously’. Some of the stunt ideas were pretty cool. And there was Angelina Jolie there, too…

Today my eight year old used deodorant for the first time and when he asked me to smell his post-deodorized pit my comment was, “Smells like teen spirit” Of course he didn’t get it but then neither did my wife.
