the one thing that was missing from the list

Completed some stuff yesterday and that really felt better. The Battleship new education pages are done, I got the CSS update from Marty for the Zeropercentcards update, paid property taxes, stopped by the library, paid bills, deposited checks, mailed a package to the kids, saw Sir Cracks-a-Lot (AKA my chiropractor), taught a guitar lesson, ran 3 miles through the dark woods, and then relaxed watching the Phils win another game with Abbe and Doug.
But one thing that was missing from the list, was talking to my kids. I called, but got voicemail. A day chocked full of all that get-doneness means shit when I can’t talk to Van and Viv. I’m looking into airfare to see them for a couple days around Halloween. I need to get some sleep tonight. Tired and depressed are a really bad combination.
