dog enjoys being run over by car
I’ve been trying to alternative an active day with a lazy day for the kids. Today would be one of the lazy varieties. We’re just enjoying a fire, reading lots of Mo Willems, playing cars, painting fingernails (Viv’s not Van’s… or Big Van’s), and doing our darndest to stay in our jammies.
Look at how good Yogi is, he loves this attention even when he’s getting run over by a Dodge Viper.
- Get Rich Farming Frogs
- Beer Can Table – awesome
- Fractal Art Contest Winners
- Thermochromic Toilet Seat – changes colors when it’s cold, no more cold heiney

i like that happy faced kid–you must have caught him off guard with the camera.
and as for the dog, he probably thinks that toy cars driving over him feels like a free shiatsu massage. (i’ve been working that game for YEARS with thomas the tank engine and his friends.)

Hope the Viper has 4WD, that road looks a little hairy.

Jodi – I won’t argue with that
Jocelyn – indeed, it’s off to the left of that picture, it’s a wood burning stove
Chris – ok, but just my toenails, pick something that makes my eyes sparkle please
liv – yeah, yogi might be onto something here, he does get really relaxed
meno – yep, that road also sniffs crotches too
lime – agreed

There isn’t anything better than spending the day in your jammies.

I wish I was still in my jammies. I actually got my butt out for a run/walk. Okay, I walked most of the time, but I am not a runner. I would like to be though.
I’m glad that Yogi is having a great time. I’m sure he misses those guys as much as you do.

Van,
Yogi rocks! We ALL should be so lucky as to have a dog who willingly participates in lazy day. Mine would be in my face, spreading guilt all over me with her tongue if I even tried that. As for the Dodge? It would need insurance. Bumper to bumper.
Enjoy your lazy day! (and some for me too).

Jazz – except maybe not spending the day in your jammies, wait…
april – he does really enjoy them being around, he grew up with that kinetic wonder boy beating on him and running around, he loves the rough play
Claudia – he sure does rock. such a sweet dog, although if you’re a meter reader, WATCH OUT! he sounds like a hound guarding the gate of hell when someone comes into his backyard, or even worse if the kids are there, he’s very protective of his pack

I don’t know about cars, but our golden seems to be tolerant of being run over by cats… does that count?
